Ethiopia Guji coffee is sourced from a number of small family farms in the “guji” zone near to Yirgacheffe and similar in elevation and quality. This is a naturally processed coffee that has classic Ethiopian fruity complexity and brews well across the array of brewing methods. Its predominant characteristic is its floral nature which hits with big aromatics and great sweetness.
Our favorite way to make Ethiopia Guji coffee is the Hario V-60 as it high-lites the sweet aromatics and draws out the chocolately undertones that make it a stand out coffee!
Recommended brew methods: Hario V60, Cold Brew and aeropress
