Ethiopia Gerbicho Lela coffee is a single family sourced lot of coffee from the classic Yirgacheffe growing region of Ethiopia. This is a washed coffee that has classic Ethiopian jasmine and citrus qualities and brews well across the array of brewing methods. Its predominant characteristic is its floral nature which hits with big aromatics and structured sweetness.
Our favorite way to make the Gerbicho Lela is with the Hario V-60 as it high-lites the sweet aromatics and draws out the floral undertones that make it a stand out coffee!
Recommended brew methods: Hario V60, Cold Brew and aeropress
