Ethiopia – Oromia coop – coffee is a coop sourced blend of coffee from the classic Yirgacheffe growing region of Ethiopia. This is a washed coffee that has classic Ethiopian jasmine and citrus qualities and brews well across the array of brewing methods. Its predominant characteristic is Mandarin Orange and Stone Fruit which hits with big aromatics and structured sweetness.
Our favorite way to make this coffee is with the Hario V-60 as it high-lites the sweet aromatics and draws out the floral undertones that make it a stand out coffee!
