This coffee is from Guji, Anasora area near the town of Anasora. It is a relatively new coffee production area, however, considering that Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee this is not saying too much! it is extremely high grown with the altitude of the farm in excess of 2000 meters! Like many amazing coffee from Ethiopia this coffee comes from multiple family farms who take their coffees to the Kerchanshe washing station which has a strong base in Anasora and works with farmers to improve quality and to ensure profitable returns fostering a sustainable relationship between the farmers, the washing station and the exporter.
