This is our longest running coffee! We are pleased this year to have another exceptionally pleasing coffee from the north of Peru. The coop of small farmers that have produced this coffee come from a mountainous region that is right on the border with Ecuador. The coffee itself is a blend of varietals including Bourbon, Catimor, Caturra, Mundo Novo, Pache, and Typica.
The coffee is a medium bodied coffee characterized by a pleasant mango sweetness, moderate acidity, and a lingering finish of cocoa and apricot – Super-smooth and versatile across all brewing methods!
