Finca Santa Maria is a farm located on the side of Vulcan Santa Ana in Central El Salvador. Edwardo Alvarez, the owner and head farmer (pictured above), has been growing coffee in this region for over 30 years and we have been doing business with the family for more than 10 years now. The Santa Maria is a classic Salvadoran washed coffee with great balance and sweetness and a very smooth finish and aftertaste that will leave you wanting another sip. This delicate bodied coffee has lingering red fruit notes that are subtle but notable.
